I do get that this is a matrix, but for the sake of maths, do note that it is symmetric along the main diagonal, so this representation is not the most efficient
Now that I look at it closer, what are the axes here? It's low to high milk content (A-F), agreed, but on the coffee axis? Low to high coffee content? If that was the case then the whole F row would need to be the same colour, just less coffee in each cup (given that F means "no milk", which I would deem absolutely vital for such a chart)
I'm confused, yet oddly excited to reverse engineer this :D
