@looque You got the right feeling. You've deciphered the first part correctly. The rest is a mightily vulgar insult. As a native speaker of the language I feel that it's virtually impossible to get more vulgar in Polish.

Kaczyński, ty chuju jebany.
It translates roughly as "you fucking dick" but it doesn't convey the level of vulgarity and offense. Don't ever use it in presence of a Polish speaker, seriously.
Mentioning that politician name is usually also not the greatest idea, the conversation might get rather hot.
